Who-Ha Da-Da, a movement began in 2002 dedicated to contemporary vernacular American Southern art. An outgrowth of the folk art movement, Who-Ha Da-Da is an extension of the values of its folk art founders re-incarnated in a contemporary generation of practitioners who have had the benefit of public education, exposure to mass media and access to advanced technology.
